About Party Parade

Party Parade is a series of parties held annually from early February through April or the first week of May.  All parties are given by hosts who assume the cost of the parties; guests pay to attend the parties.  One hundred percent of the proceeds is distributed for charitable purposes; 90% is given to the recipient charity and 10% is given to the Party Parade Fund ( For Small Grants).

Each year the Party Parade Board selects a beneficiary from a number of community agencies that have applied.  We not only raise funds, but also seek to create awareness about the chosen charity and the contributions it makes to our community.

In order to become the beneficiary of Party Parade proceeds, an organization must meet the Charity Eligibility Requirements. The Proposal Guidelines describe the information that should be included in proposals.

In addition to its major annual grant, Party Parade provides small grants to local charities through the Party Parade Fund.  These grants currently range between $1000.00 and  $4000.00.

10.  Names, addresses and phone numbers of board members or other volunteers who would be able to work for Party Parade and the charity.
