Aid Justice Center is having their Java for Justice Series
every Tuesday in April from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Please come

April
1 - How access to justice is ensured for low-income Virginians
in the areas of employment, housing, public benefits and
consumer fraud.
April
8 - An update is given on the Virginia Institutionalized
Persons Project, which works to improve health services
including mental health care in prisons and other institutions
as well as to ensure that residents' civil rights are protected.
April
15 - It is explained how JustChildren fights for the rights
of Virginia's most vulnerable children in education and
juvenile justice matters.
April
22 - The Immigrant Advocacy Program is explained and how
it helps low-wage workers find fair treatment.
April
29 - The Community Partnership for Improved Long-term Care
and their work protecting the rights of low-income seniors
is discussed.
